Consultation Scheduling

Terms and Conditions:  Consultations are conducted on-site or online.   Online allows us to offer them at no cost and to conveniently serve clients across the United States and the island of Puerto Rico, ensuring we maintain efficiency and privacy.  

​

A missed consultation is when you fail to show up for an allotted appointment time without a phone call or cancellation notice of at least 24-hours. Please remember that we have reserved appointment times especially for you. Therefore, we request at least a 24-hour notice in order to reschedule your appointment. This will enable us to offer your time slot to other participants, helping us to provide continuous care to all of our valued participants.

 

If you miss a free scheduled appointments with us, you may not schedule any future appointments.  A No Call No Show can result in automatic ineligibility from all services.

 If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, you may easily reschedule from the confirmation email at least 24 hours or call us in advance in order to avoid a missed appointment.

Working Hours

​

We work with a lot of reactive dogs and find it is best for training to start in the clients' home.  

​

We are around all day, however, we are busy either caring for dogs, providing extra services, or training.

 

Please do not just drop by – if we are with another client, we will not be able to break away for you.

​

Sunday – Thursday:  10AM – 6PM

Friday:  By appointment only

Saturday:  By appointment only

We are CLOSED on the following holidays for 2025:​​​

  • New Years Day: Jan 1

  • Easter Sunday:  April 20

  • Memorial Day Weekend: May 24th – May 26th

  • Independence Day: July 4th

  • Labor Day Weekend: Aug 30th – Sept 1st

  • Thanksgiving Weekend: Nov 27th – Nov 28th

  • Christmas Eve: Dec 24

  • Christmas Day: Dec 25
